After Hours Assistance

etc group is pleased to offer 24-hour after-hours travel services for use during non-business hours.  This service is staffed with tenured, multilingual consultants who are available to assist with any travel emergency that arises after 7:00PM CST to 7:30AM CST, Monday through Friday, and all day Saturday and Sunday as well as during office closures/holidays.  Please note that charges may be incurred from every call, regardless of the duration, intent or nature of the call:  203.907.2019.

The following are common questions easily answered without contacting the after-hours service: reservations for personal reason, checking fares and schedules, duplicate itineraries, future reservations that don’t need to be ticketed prior to next business day, calling during normal office hours as defined in this Agreement, calling to have an invoice emailed or calling for terminal and gate information.

Reservations made via the self-booking tool are auto-ticketed and do not constitute an after-hours fee if the reservation is completed by the traveler in the tool and does not require agent assistance.
