After-Hour Reservations

etc group is pleased to offer a 24-hour after-hour travel service for use during non-business hours. This service will be provided by means of a nationwide toll-free telephone service operating continuously, 365 days a year. Should NSHMBA use this service after 6:00PM CST and before 7:30AM CST, Monday – Friday and during office closures/holidays, a charge of $25.00 per call will be charged to NSHMBA.
Most answers to traveler questions can be found on the Travel Gateway, www.etconline.net/gw/NSHMBA or on our mobile site www.etc2go.com. The following are common questions easily answered without contacting the after-hours service: reservations for personal reason, checking fares and schedules, duplicate itineraries, future reservations that don’t need to be ticketed prior to next business day, calling during normal office hours as defined in this Agreement, calling to have an invoice emailed or calling for terminal and gate information. Reservations made via the self-booking tool are auto-ticketed and do not constitute an after-hours fee if the reservation is completed by the traveler in the tool and does not require agent assistance.
